StreamWizard

Terms of Service

Last updated: 6 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and the provider of StreamWizard named below. They apply when you create an account or use StreamWizard (the dashboard at streamwizard.io, its bots, alert pages and related services, together "the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy and the Pricing page, which form part of these terms.

1. Who we are

StreamWizard is run by Dienes Péter E.V., a sole trader trading as "StreamWizard", of Kőszeg utca 55. 1/8, 1144 Budapest, Hungary, EU VAT number HU92321081, Hungarian tax number 92321081-1-42. "We", "us" and "our" mean the provider; "you" means the person or organization using the Service.

You can contact us at [email protected].

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old, or older if the law where you live sets a higher minimum age for using online services without a parent's consent. If you are under 18, you may only buy a subscription with the permission of a parent or guardian. You also have to meet the minimum age of each platform you connect.
  • StreamWizard is currently in an invite-only beta: you need an invite link to create an account.
  • You sign in with your email address and a login code we email to you, or with the sign-in link in the same email. Both work once and for 15 minutes. Once you have connected a platform, you sign in through that platform instead. Keep access to your email account and connected platform accounts secure; you are responsible for what happens in your StreamWizard account.
  • If you use the Service for a business, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for that business.
  • Shared access. You can invite other people to act in your account as a Moderator or an Analyst. They act under your plan and your permissions, and you are responsible for what they do in your account. You can remove them at any time.

3. The Service

StreamWizard lets streamers connect Twitch, Discord and OBS and automate their streams: flows built in a visual flow builder, on-stream alerts with media and text-to-speech, Collectables (points and items for viewers), dashboards and notifications. What each plan includes is described on the Pricing page.

Third-party platforms

The Service works through the platforms you connect. You need your own account on each of them and you must follow their terms and rules (for example Twitch's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines), including for everything your flows and bots do there. StreamWizard is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Twitch, Discord or the OBS Project. Those platforms can change or limit their services and APIs at any time; when they do, some features may stop working or change, and we are not responsible for their decisions. You can revoke StreamWizard's access in the connection settings of each platform, or by disconnecting it in StreamWizard.

Changes to the Service

We keep developing the Service. We may change, add or remove features for valid reasons: to keep it secure, to comply with the law, to follow changes made by a connected platform, or to improve it. If a change significantly reduces your access to or use of a feature you pay for, we will tell you by email in advance. If you are a consumer, you can then end your subscription free of charge within 30 days of the change, and we will ask Paddle to refund the unused part of the period you paid for. Your statutory rights are not affected.

4. Plans, payment and renewal

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. When you buy a subscription you buy it from Paddle, under Paddle's Buyer Terms. Paddle handles payment, invoices, sales tax and refunds; we provide the Service.

  • Prices are shown on the Pricing page in euro, without tax. Paddle adds the tax that applies where you live at checkout.
  • Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period (a month or a year) and Paddle charges your payment method at each renewal, until you cancel.
  • Canceling. You can cancel online at any time on the Subscription page. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep your plan until then and are not charged again.
  • Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged as a prorated amount for the rest of the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Switching between monthly and yearly billing (monthly to yearly at any time, yearly to monthly in the last 30 days of the yearly period) takes effect immediately and starts a new billing period; the unused part of the current period is credited toward your payments and is not paid out.
  • Free trial. The Starter plan's free trial needs no payment details and does not turn into a paid subscription by itself. Each account can use it once.
  • Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Paddle retries it. If it still can't be collected, Paddle cancels the subscription and your account loses the paid features.
  • Refunds and chargebacks. If the payment for your current billing period is refunded in full, or any payment is disputed with your bank or card issuer (a chargeback), the subscription ends right away and your account loses the paid features. You can subscribe again at any time.
  • Price changes. We may change our prices for valid reasons such as higher costs or changes to the Service. We email you 30 days before your first payment at a new price, and you can cancel before that payment if you don't want to continue.

The full rules for the trial, plan changes, cancellation and the event allowance are on the Pricing page. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.

5. Plan limits and fair use

Each plan has limits, including an allowance of platform events per hour, day and month. Events over the allowance are received but not processed by your flows until the allowance resets. You must not try to get around the limits, for example by spreading one channel over several accounts or by sending fake events.

6. Your content

"Your content" means what you put into the Service: uploaded media files, alert texts, text-to-speech texts, flow configurations, Collectable settings and similar material. You keep all rights in your content. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, copy, process and display your content only as needed to run the Service for you (for example to play your alerts on your stream). This license ends when your content is deleted, except for copies we must keep by law or that remain in backups for a limited time.

  • You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload or use, including music, sounds, images and videos.
  • Text-to-speech reads out text that you, or your viewers through your flows and alerts, provide. You are responsible for what your setup reads out on your stream, and for setting up your flows and alerts (for example which events can trigger text-to-speech) so that it stays within the law and the platforms' rules.
  • We may remove or disable content that is illegal, infringes someone's rights or breaks these terms, as described in section 10.

7. Your viewers' data

To run your flows, alerts and Collectables, the Service processes information about the people in your community, such as their platform usernames and IDs, the chat messages and other events that trigger your flows, and their Collectable balances. You decide which flows and features use this information. You are responsible for using it lawfully, in line with the platforms' rules, and for telling your community about it where the law requires. How we handle this information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Collectables

  • Collectables are points and items that you create and give to your viewers inside the Service. They have no monetary value, are not money or e-money, and cannot be bought from us or exchanged with us for money, goods or services.
  • You decide how your viewers earn and spend your Collectables. If you promise rewards for Collectables, that promise is between you and your viewers; we are not a party to it.
  • You must not use Collectables or flows to sell virtual currency for money, or to run gambling, lotteries or other games of chance where the law does not allow them.
  • Collectables can change or be lost when you edit or delete them, when they expire under the rules you set, or when your account is deleted.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

  • break the law or anyone's rights, including copyright;
  • harass, threaten or discriminate against people, or share hateful, sexual or violent content involving people who have not agreed to it;
  • send spam or artificially inflate followers, views, chat activity or other engagement;
  • break the terms or rules of a connected platform, or get around a ban or restriction a platform has placed on you;
  • upload malware, probe or attack the Service or its users, scrape it, or access it other than through the interfaces we provide;
  • resell or share access to the Service outside the shared-access feature, or get around plan limits.

10. Reporting illegal content and our decisions

If you believe content stored on the Service is illegal or infringes your rights, email [email protected] with: why you think it is illegal, where it is (for example the alert or account concerned), your name and email address, and a statement that you believe in good faith that your notice is accurate and complete. We will confirm receipt, review the notice and tell you what we decided.

If we remove or disable your content, or suspend or end your account, we will tell you what we did and why, unless the law prevents us. You can ask us to review the decision by replying to that message or emailing [email protected]. We review notices and complaints ourselves, without automated decision-making. Our contact point for users and authorities is [email protected]; you can write to us in English.

11. Our intellectual property

We (and our licensors) own the Service, including its software, design and the StreamWizard name and logo. While your account is active we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these terms. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without obligation to you.

12. Ending your account

By you

You can cancel your subscription at any time as described in section 4. To delete your account and its data, email [email protected] from the email address of the account.

By us

We may suspend or end your access to the Service if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if we have to because of the law or a connected platform, or if your use puts the security of the Service or other users at risk. Where it is reasonable, we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. We may also stop offering the Service altogether, with at least 30 days' notice by email.

If we end your subscription without you having broken these terms, we will ask Paddle to refund the unused part of the period you have already paid for.

13. Availability and warranties

We work to keep the Service running and secure, but we cannot promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, especially as it depends on connected platforms, hosting providers and the internet. To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we make no warranties beyond those in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. If you are a consumer, this does not limit your statutory rights, including your right to a service that matches its description and works as it should.

14. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event that caused the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of income, viewers, followers or data, or for actions a connected platform takes against your account.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for intentional or grossly negligent conduct, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for valid reasons, such as changes to the Service, to the law or to a connected platform's rules. We will email you about important changes at least 30 days before they take effect (price changes follow section 4 instead). If you don't agree, you can cancel your subscription before then; if you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, the new terms apply. The date at the top shows when these terms last changed.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Hungary. If you are a consumer living in the EU or the UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you can bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at [email protected] so we can try to solve it.

17. General

  • If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force.
  • If we don't enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
  • You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent. We may transfer ours to someone who takes over the Service, if that does not reduce your rights.
  • These terms are written in English. If they are translated, the English version applies where the law allows.
