StreamWizard

Refund Policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so Paddle sells you the subscription, takes your payment and handles every refund. Refunds for StreamWizard purchases follow Paddle's Refund Policy. This page explains how that policy applies to StreamWizard subscriptions.

1. Paddle's Refund Policy applies

StreamWizard does not issue refunds itself. Refund requests are decided and paid by Paddle under its Refund Policy, in the version that was in effect when you made the payment. In short, that policy says:

  • Unless the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable and not exchangeable.
  • Paddle may, at its discretion, refund a payment if you ask within 14 days of that payment. Asking does not guarantee a refund; Paddle can refund in full, in part, or decline.
  • If the law of the country you live in gives you more rights, those rights always apply.

2. Your statutory rights

Nothing on this page limits rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in. In particular:

  • Right of withdrawal. Consumers in the EU, the EEA and the UK, and in some other countries, can have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within a set period (14 days in the EU, EEA and UK); Paddle also gives this right to consumers in Switzerland. Under Paddle's Refund Policy this applies to the first payment of a subscription; in the UK it also applies for 14 days after a yearly subscription renews. Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms explain when the right applies, how it is affected if you asked at checkout for the service to start straight away, and how to use it.
  • A service that doesn't work as described. If StreamWizard has a defect that stops you using features you paid for, please contact us first so we can try to fix it. If we can't, contact Paddle with the details; where there is a material defect, Paddle refunds you as consumer law requires.

3. Cancellations, plan changes and the free trial

  • Canceling stops future payments. It takes effect at the end of your current billing period, you keep your plan until then, and canceling on its own does not refund the current period.
  • Upgrading is charged straight away as a separate prorated payment. That payment follows the same refund rules as any other.
  • Downgrading with the same billing interval takes effect at your next renewal. You keep the higher plan until then, so the difference for the current period is not refunded or credited.
  • Switching between monthly and yearly billing (monthly to yearly at any time, yearly to monthly in the last 30 days of the yearly period) starts a new billing period straight away. The unused part of your current period is credited toward the new payment; any rest stays as a credit with Paddle for your next payments. Credit is not refunded or paid out.
  • The free trial takes no payment, so there is nothing to refund. It never turns into a paid subscription by itself.
  • If we end your subscription without you having broken the Terms of Service (for example because we stop offering StreamWizard), we will ask Paddle to refund the unused part of the period you have already paid for.

4. How to ask for a refund or withdraw

Refunds and withdrawals are handled by Paddle, so please go to Paddle first. It is the fastest way, because Paddle decides and pays every refund:

  • Use the support link in your Paddle receipt email, or go to paddle.net and choose "Request refund".
  • To withdraw within the 14-day withdrawal period, use the same routes and say that you are withdrawing from the purchase.

You can also send a refund request or a withdrawal notice to [email protected]. We forward it to Paddle, which takes longer than asking Paddle directly.

When the payment for your current billing period is refunded in full, your subscription ends right away and your account loses the paid features, as Paddle's Refund Policy provides. A partial refund, or a refund of an earlier period, does not end the subscription.

When a refund or a chargeback ends your subscription, we tell you in the app and your published flows are unpublished. Nothing is deleted. You can subscribe again at any time from the Subscription page and then publish your flows again; the free trial is not available again.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us or Paddle before disputing a payment with your bank or card issuer; most problems can be solved faster that way. When a payment is disputed, the amount goes back to you through your bank, so your subscription ends right away and your account loses the paid features. It is not restored if the dispute is later decided in the seller's favor; you can subscribe again at any time. This does not affect your legal right to dispute a charge.
